Everyday Healthy Porridge

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup jumbo oats
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed
  • squirt of maple syrup/ agave nectar
  • sprinkle of pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. Add oats, milk, water, chia seeds into a pan and bring to the boil
  2. Once it is the right consistency for you, add to a bowl
  3. Add maple syrup and pumpkin seeds
